Chocolate Easter Nests

Ingredients:

  • 175g milk chocolate
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 40g unsalted butter
  • 100g shredded wheat
  • mini eggs (sugar coated chocolate eggs)

Break all the chocolate into squares and place in a heatproof bowl, (keep extra on hand if you get hungry) and add in the butter. Place the bowl over a small saucepan of boiling water over the hob, and stir until melted. Meanwhile, break up the shredded wheat until and crush it until it’s like a thick powder. When the chocolate is melted and cooled, mix it with the shredded wheat and spoon it on a baking tray with baking paper. Make nest shapes and gently press your finger in the centre, and place some mini eggs in there. Leave to set in the fridge. ENJOY!
