Peppermint Creams

Ingredients:

  • 115g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 400g icing sugar

Put the softened cream cheese in a bowl and add half the icing sugar, mix together until well blended and add the peppermint extract. Make sure you only add half a tsp (tea spoon) otherwise it will taste like toothpaste.

Then add in the rest of the icing sugar and mix until a dough. Roll out the peppermint dough so it’s thick and cut out shapes like stars, flowers, and hearts. Put them on a plate and put in the fridge for at least an hour before eating. Store them in the fridge.
