Sugar & Gluten Free, Vegan Chocolate Tart

Ingredients:

For the base:

  • 220g gluten free oats
  • 85g cocoa powder
  • 130ml maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

For the filling:

  • 130ml maple syrup
  • 70g coconut oil
  • 80ml coconut milk
  • 80g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the base: In a food processer, pulse the oats a few time until smooth. Then add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and coconut oil and blend it until it is a dough like mix. In a tart tin, press the mix until it is evenly spread on the bottom. Put it in the fridge while making the filling.

For the filling: Put all the ingredients in for the filling in a food processer and blend it until smooth. Pour it into the tart tin and smooth it out evenly. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
