I made these for my mum’s friend’s baby shower, that’s why they are pink and blue. But you can change the colors to a sunset theme, or a unicorn theme. You can even use 3 colors in the piping bag! I hope you like this recipe!

Ingredients for the icing:
- 600g icing sugar
- 280g butter, softened
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 2-3 different colors of gel food coloring (of your choice)
- 1 piping bag with a nozzle of your choice

Mix the icing sugar and the butter until smooth, it may take a while but if you add too much butter, the icing will just taste like butter (you can use the electric mixer as well). Add in the vanilla essence.
When the icing is done, separate it into 2 bowls if you have 2 food colourings, or 3 if you have 3. Add in 3-5 drops of food colouring into the icing and mix until well blended.
Hold open the piping bag and put in a tablespoon of one colour icing and then a tablespoon of the other. Repeat this until the bag is three quarters full.

Pipe the icing on in swirls or dots. You can add sprinkles or toppers.
