The One With All the Cupcakes (Friends Cupcakes)

Friends is everybody’s favourite show, if you haven’t watched it what are you doing? Go over to Netflix or Prime Video and watch… It will become your favourite show. These cupcakes look amazing, smell amazing and taste amazing, they are perfect for a Friends party… or another occasion!

If you want the cupcake recipe click here. I suggest doubling the recipe, and remember to only fill the cases just a little over a quarter of the way full.

To decorate…

Ingredients:

750g pack of fondant (any pack over 500g will do)
Food icing pens (pens that you can write on icing, and it isn’t poisonous)
Buttercream (recipe here, scroll past the cupcake recipe called simple icing)
Food dye (purple)
Icing sugar (to dust)

Roll out the fondant on a dusted surface and use circle cutters to cut out cake toppers. Now is your turn to customize, use Friends sayings and write them with your cake pens. If you want, you can use purple die to colour some fondant purple and make Monica’s door.
