Delicious chocolate brownies with a melted fudge topping and more fudge hidden inside. So yummy! I hope you like them.

Ingredients:
For the Brownies:
- 75g unsalted butter, melted
- 200g caster sugar
- 100g light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 200g plain flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 150g chocolate chips
For the Fudge Topping:
- 450g fudge candies, cut in half
- 60ml heavy cream

Brownie method: Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4.
In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter, caster sugar and brown sugar until well blended, add in the vanilla and eggs and keep whisking. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, I don’t say to sift things often but your batter probably will be lumpy if you don’t sift it. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour half the batter into a lined, square brownie tin. Layer half the fudge sweets over the batter. Add the remaining batter on top and bake for 35 minutes.

For the fudge topping: When the brownies are out of the oven and cool, put the fudge and cream in a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave for around 3-4 minutes. Take it out every minute to stir it.
Add the topping to the brownies and spread it around before cutting.
ENJOY!
