Mini Egg Fudge

Note: Three ingredient recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 397g (1 can) condensed milk
  • 450g white chocolate
  • 150g Cadbury Mini Eggs (crushed)

Line a square baking tin with baking paper.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the white chocolate and condensed milk. Stir continuously until the white chocolate is melted and combined into the condensed milk. Once melted, remove from the heat and pour the mixture into a bowl, leave it to cool for 10 minutes. Use a rolling pin to crush the Mini Eggs into small pieces. Stir the crushed Mini Eggs into the fudge mixture, and then pour the mixture into the baking tin. Spread the mixture out to all corners of the baking tin, making sure that it is spread out evenly.

Place the fudge in the fridge for at least 5 hours before cutting them into squares. Store in the fridge. Enjoy!
