Ingredients:
- 400g can of chickpeas, drained
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1tsp salt
In a food processer, place the chickpeas, chopped onion, cumin, coriander, chilli powder, flour, salt and sunflower oil. Turn it on at number 2 until a smooth thick paste. Tip it out onto a floured counter and gather it up, take about a tbsp of it and make it into a ball and flatten it. Do this until all the dough is used.

In a pan, pour in some sunflower oil and put on your flattened burger balls. Leave it on a low heat for a few minutes and then turn them over and let the other side cook. When both sides are done, put them on a plate to cool.
Serve with fresh coriander.
