Ingredients:
For the base:
- 310g (2 packs) Oreos with filling
- 85g melted butter
For the filling:
- 340g cream cheese
- The filling of the Oreos you use for the base
- 100g icing sugar
- 250ml extra thick double cream
Take apart the Oreos and scrape out the cream from the centre. Save for the cheesecake filling.

For the base: Crush the biscuits in a zip lock bag, and put them in a bowl (or blitz in a food processor). Add in the butter and mix until a it is a thick consistency. Line a circle baking tin with baking paper, and add in the cookie mix and evenly spread it around the bottom of the tin. Place it in the fridge while making the filling.

For the filling: In a bowl, place the cream cheese and Oreo filling and mix until well blended, add in the icing sugar and mix until lump free. In a separate bowl, beat the extra thick double cream with electric beaters until it is extra, extra thick double cream. Fold it into the cream cheese mixture and mix until everything is well blended.

Add the filling into the baking tin with the base in and leave it in the fridge.
To decorate, add Oreos on the top.
