Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpea water (160g)
- 80g vegan dark chocolate
- 3 table spoons caster sugar

With electric beaters, beat the chickpea water until it holds stiff peaks, this may take a little longer than beating egg whites.
When finished, melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl, over a pan of boiling water, let it cool for 10-15 minutes.

Add in the cooled chocolate and the sugar, whisk it with the electric beaters until a smooth mix.
Pour the mix into glasses or containers, and then put it in the fridge for an hour before eating, store it in the fridge.
