I made up this recipe because I love Lotus Biscoff biscuits!! I hope you like it too.

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 150g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
- 65g unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
- 600g cream cheese
- 225g icing sugar
- 200ml whipping cream
- 3 table spoons Lotus Biscoff spread

For the crust: Crush the biscuits in a food processer or a zip lock bag. Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and make sure it is well blended. Line a circler baking tin with baking paper and pour in the crust mixture, press it down with your fingers to spread it out around the bottom of the tin. Put it in the fridge while you make the filling.
For the filling: In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl with electric beaters, mix the whipping cream until it is thick. Mix it with the cream cheese mix, add in the biscuit spread and mix well.
When the crust is set, add in the filling and put it back in the fridge for an hour.
