Strawberry Cream Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (397g) condensed milk
  • 500g white chocolate
  • 15g strawberry jelly powder

Line a square baking tin with baking paper (you can choose size based on how wide/thick you want the fudge to be).

First, melt the white chocolate, you can do this using the double boiler method on the hob or in the microwave in 20 second bursts (stirring it after every 20 seconds). Take off the heat and then, add in the condensed milk, and stir until combined.
Pour 2/3 of the mixture into the square tin, and spread it out evenly.
With the other third of the mix, add in the jelly powder and mix quickly. Then, spoon the strawberry flavoured mix onto the rest of the fudge in the tin, and swirl it around with a fork.

Put in the fridge for at least 5 hours, and store in the fridge.
