Chocolate oranges are amazing, cheesecakes are amazing! This chocolate orange cheesecake is so yummy and no baking required. I hope you like this chocolate orange cheesecake, it’s a great Summer dessert, but it would be great to eat next to a fire snuggled up.
Ingredients:
For the base:
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g melted butter
For the filling:
- 2 chocolate oranges
- 500ml double cream
- 550g cream cheese
- 125g icing sugar
- 2 tsp orange extract

For the base: Crush the digestive biscuits, you can use a food processer if you would like. Add in the melted butter and mix it up until combined.
Line a circle cake tin with baking paper, and pour in the base. Press it down all the way to the edges, you could use a glass to press the base down so it is firm. Place it in the fridge.

For the filling: Break up the chocolate orange and melt it on the hob over a double boiler. When done and cooled, mix it into the cream and whisk until well blended. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, icing sugar and orange extract together until fluffy. Add the cream cheese mix into the chocolate mix and whisk until smooth.
Pour the filling into the cooled base, and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving. Store in the fridge. ENJOY!
